Posted by Kaleem We are suspecting that a lot of chips goes into the washer and are sprayed again and again and sticks to the product which is powder coated later on. Would anyone suggest the possible solution..?

We process cut/route a lot of Aluminum extrusion and that goes to wash (iron phosphate) and than for powder coating.
