It's the movie with Patrick Dempsey from 1989, where a kid delivers these pizzas to older women, who try to seduce him. It's a comedy.
The guy who was/is Cher's boyfriend is from Italy and everytime he has an action scene, they play some kind of Italian instrumental in the background. It's similar to the one in the final Rome car/bicycle chase in National Lampoon's European Vacation.
I couldn't find it on the soundtrack listing.
