I know how important merch sales are... So it's a good thing we have shit hot merch! We record our new demo later next month, plus we launch out own clothing label. In Dec/Jan we're doing a 26 date self-financed tour of the whole UK (England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales). I'm more likely to back off from IWA/Rp-ing while I can't put much effort into it. The only thing I have any inspiration for writing these days are lyrics.
My band will no doubt make it because we have what a lot of bands don't have: Contacts. Lots of them. People in big bands, people who own labels, people who do this for a living already. And, more importantly, our sound, our image, is not out there just now and I know a lot of people like what they see and hear. A lot of bands have offered us their help and the support slots on their tours, and had we been ready at the time would have taken them.
