Short on tag teams, Rooser said no. So Adam Young quit. Rooser's response was to have Freddy Phoenix team with a cardboard cutout of Adam Young, and to have the cutout wrestle better than Adam Young himself. Cardboard Adam Young was a sensation... such a sensation that his name was deemed worthy of being spelled IN ALL CAPS. Fast forward to BBW. Having had Hardcore Ted and the Pimp & Bear Connection (Hardcore Ted/Pat Sharp) squash every asshat that had been on the roster and then quit, we were out of ideas for the jobber division. So then we decided that Hardcore Ted needed a worthy opponent... and brought in CARDBOARD ADAM YOUNG. Later, we brought in CARDBOARD ROOSER as CARDBOARD ADAM YOUNG's tag team partner. Rooser deserved it, trust me. The plan was to bring in a female CARDBOARD character and make them into a stable called the CARDBOARD KINGDOM. But, BBW got hacked before that happened. *sigh* So what happened with Ted and CAY? Ted was the Jobber Champion, and CAY wanted the title. At some BBW show or other, Cardboard Rooser showed up and threw Hardcore Ted in a washing machine. Ted's tag partner Pat Sharpe demanded revenge, and CAY said "Defend the jobber title for Ted and it's on". CAY pinned Pat Sharp after a 'swanton' bomb called the Papercut, and got the win and the Jobber Title. I think that the Cardboard Kingdom also beat the Pimp & Bear Connection for Jobber Tag Titles, but I'm not sure if that made it off the drawing board. I don't know what's more sad... that I still remember all that shit after 2 years, or that I came up with most of it in the first place. -Jeff
