I was researching my own Bagley family tree, and came across on this site the ref. to the will of Walter. My grandfather (his brother-in-law) was 1 of the executors. Walter married Lily Burton, my grandmother's sister. They had no children. He owned a substantial amount of property in Birmingham, including the Tavern pub in Saltley. He lent the money to start Morris & Jacombs the builders. My great aunt was a widow for many years, and as childless, very close to my own Bagley family who inherited her estate. I have photos and lawyers' letters.
