Lease dated 1881

In clearing out my loft in anticipation of moving house, I have found a lease dated 26th August 1881
between Mrs M Agnes Drake and Mrs Caroline Mills and others regarding Conway House, Breakspears Road, Deptford.
Two other names are mentioned as lessees in the document, those of John Kemp Jacomb Hood and Tom Priddey Clarke.
The lease is handwritten on parchment 25 inches wide by 22 inches, and is two sheets in total. It makes fascinating reading and may be of interest to others.
I welcome any comments.
