Posted by Phil Jacombs John JACOMBS is my gg grandfather! I have details of his line going back to about the mid 1500's. Josephine Sarah JACOMBS was my grandfather's sister! I know a GREAT deal about her, including her WW1 service to recuperating Australian soldiers in London, and her career as a reasonably famous concert singer. I have a photo of the JACOMBS sisters, taking around the late 1890's, but I am only able to identify Josephine's sister Martha Newark JACOMBS. I would LOVE to see the photo you have!
