Regarding Babtism

Hi Brother, I have a question about babtism. I am in USA and go to a spiritual assembles of god church. The pastor's daughters are healed by jesus christ from cancer, in the benny hinn's crusade. The church is very spiritual. Regarding babtism, the pastor asked the pastoral staff to give the babtism. Is it necessary, only the pastor who is more spiritual has to give the babtism or any pastor can give babtism ? Thank you, Raj
