good you have the Solti-Rheingold on your list.
This is imo(and not just mine)with the exception of Walter Kreppels Fasolt the most brilliant cast you can ever have for that opera. Nothing wrong with Waechters Donner. And desert island moments of Wagner singing-just listen to the very first scene of the gods: Flagstads Fricka starts "Wotan Gemahl erwache" that`s like from another planet where Wagner singing is daily language- awesome-even to the musicians of the VPO, who turned heads in this scene, as reported. And the unmatched Wotan of George London is outstanding. What is so annoying to you about Freia?
