Yes the Archipel is a excellent transfer of the 52 Keilberth Ring and the performance is a strong one if not quite as cohesive as the Rings from the following year. I have not heard the Cantus Line transfer but I would be very surprised if it is not also very good - probably from the same source. By the way, the Archipel transfers of the 52 Parsifal and Meistersinger are superb.
