I've carefully downloaded, remastered and burned to CD each one of these performances...and listening to Siegfried, with a very out-of-tne Watson, a broadway-vocallist SGF, a "tito gobi" like Wotan ("Wêêla, iî^rwêêcht!") and a conductor that left a final impression of not knowing what to do (or not knowing where to go - those silly mega pauses at each of the 3 stanzas of the "Schmelzslied"), one can safely state the prospect is very dark and ugly...
