This is good news, if they do remaster it at 24 bits. From the Decca Originals website alone the outlook seems promising: "All analogue recordings have been newly re-mastered using the latest 96 kHz 24-bit technology whilst later recordings are presented as original digital transfers."
The Karajan Ring was remastered at 20 bits for that Originals release, but that was under DG's aegis. It looks as though Universal is making it a priority to remaster the newly acquired Decca and Philips titles at 96 kHz 24 bit.
The Solti Ring is slated for release on May 31, so we'll just have to keep our eyes peeled for more info.
