from withdrawing after one lap but some folks are hard-headed about staying in there even when they are outclassed (Milka Duno).
I'd imagine that they could stay in until they start getting caught by the leaders. If it's a clean start you may be looking at 10 laps or so. If it's an ugly start, who knows?
If the Lotus engine can run at 210 on race day then they should be within 105% rule. I'd imagine the leader speeds, in traffic, will be 210-215 at best. But, that would require the Lotus cars to run in more of a qualifying trim than a racing trim.
