I will add and post somewhere about amphetamine because for many people this family of drugs are miracle drugs. Amphetamine helps stimulant neurons in the brain that do not fire or misfire in neurological disorders /diseases. This can be associated with misfolding or folding of proteins.
Neurological disorders /diseases are the fastest growing problem in health care that is not self inflicted by the patient (e.g. drug abuse).
