I am not so sure about that. There are quite a few uppers out there treating ADHD. Many like Vyvance and Concerta, are time-released to the little buggers don't need to see the school nurse. Others like Adderall are quick release and highly abused. AJ could go doctor shopping until he found someone to give him a scripts. But I think NASCAR bans these "legally-consumed" controlled substances due to on track safety reasons the same way they ban opiate painkillers. That's one performance enhancer that could literally kill one of the other competitors.
