Speed was kind of strange in F 1. A little too cool when retired for various reasons when he should have been highly pissed. His strange deal with (I think maybe) Luzco Dragon that was hapless on track and Speed walked out on, I have never understood. I always cheered him on, but I always thought he was a California weirdo.
