I'm not sure how far Iowa Sppedway is from Kansas Speedway, and I don't feel like looking it up, but they always talk about how rabid the race fans are in the part of the country, and how this speedway really filled a void there was in this part of the country for racing.
I have to believe if someone built a track like this up in the Northwest like in Washington or Oregon that track would also have awesome crowds.
It wasn't that along ago where all you heard from the media was how NASCAR wanted to be in the New York City area and the Northwest, and all of a sudden you quit hearing that. I think they missed the boat by not putting a track like Iowa Speedway up in the Northwest.
I'll bet you NEZ agrees.
