Posted by julie schultz The club ringleader actually turned out to be one of my best friends during high school. She apologized profusely for her elementary school actions, and I believe she was sincere. Funny how maturity can clear away the cobwebs. Thanks for the comment on my kindness. I was also very naive and wimpy, traits I have abandoned with aging. In fact, last year I served as the chief negotiator for our teacher's union and helped procure a contract after four years of being embroiled in a controversial, bitter negotiations process. I mention this only in contrast to that insecure little grade school girl. Life's experiences certainly do mold and shape us, don't they? We are all works-in-progress, I guess. The Burmese embassy? I need to work on my map skills. Keith, what ever happened to Jeff Lundmark? The "brown potato incident" must have occurred prior to my joining your ranks. Also true for your bathroom dilemma, since I don't recall either. I had my own in New Jersey in second grade when the teacher told us, during a test on telling time, do NOT get out of your seats for anythng! I remember throwing Kleenexes under my chair to try to sop up the evidence. Kids are so brazen now, I don't think that happens much anymore. Have a good day....safe travels.

Craig Faanes, you are an interesting character! I laughed outloud at the vision of the incensed muskrats converging on our nation's capitol! Perhaps they could kidnap George W. for the next couple of years! What a hoot!
