I am looking for a Shirli that posts on the QVC Bulletin Board. Please advise how to get in touch with her. She has a couple of kids that are mixed. Half black and half white. She looks like she could be on drugs. SHe's stalking and harassing a person. We have received several complaints about her. Any or all information would be welcomed. Thanks
