Items: Monster Medals: Characters: (They were left in to avoid messing with saves) I think that's it, though. There may be a few unused skills, I don't remember. All unused maps, songs, graphics, etc. were removed to bring down the file size (hence why you see oddities like "Forest 1" and "Forest 3", but no "Forest 2"). And there aren't any dummied out trophies. You can get all of those, though you can only get either the Bible or Homework trophy, depending on which Master joined you. Anyhow, hope that answers your question. You weren't actually missing anything. =P
