Frontiers Extreme - 108 possible mercenaries in final version?

Because I counted every slot in the Mercenary menu, and came up with 108. This is apparently the magic number of Suikoden --- or at least the Pokemon Spiritomb.
But there's still a long way to go, since as of Demo 2 only seven mercenaries can be playable (well, actually six, since Homework Master and Bible Master can't be in the same party).
