OK, currently just got the Clover Key...and this is FABULOUS!!! It opens an incredible shortcut to things that used to be hard to get to!
Also got the Golden Bracelet from the injured woman, and the Empty Bottle from the Elevator Generator Room. Am about to undertake the Heirloom Quest.
Currently in a 3-in-front, one-in-back formation, with 2 Warrior "tanks" up-front. Causes you to take more damage, but also lets you DEAL more damage.
I am using the following
Warrior 1 - Level 6 AC -3 HP 41, Dwarf, Lawful
ST15, IN 9, VT 15, DX 8, CH 9 equipped with Katana, Metal Shield, Tricorne Hat, Fine Platemail
Warrior 2 - Level 6 AC 2 HP 38, Human, Lawful
ST 13, IN 13, VT 11, DX 12, CH 11 equipped with
Claymore, Tricorne Hat, Platemail, Golden Bracelet
Thief - Level 6 AC 5 HP 35, Halfling, Neutral
ST 11, IN 8, VT 12, DX 15, CH 12 equipped with
Cutlass and Leather Armor
Priest - Level 6 AC 10 HP 38, Human, Lawful
ST 10, IN 14, VT 12, DX 11, CH 7, equipped with nothing at all.
The Lawful Priest earns an excellent spell that lowers everyone's AC by 3 for the entire time they are in the dungeon with just one cast...it does not wear off, so the AC's given can all be lowered by 3 immediately.
Found another stairway up to 2F, but have not explored it yet, it is very close to the Clover door, so I decided to leave and save, first, then go back to explore that stairway.
