"Maniacal Laughter" was taken from an obscure Japan-only SNES game called "Earth Light". (Actually, that WAV was converted from an SPC, so...) Apparently, it's the Game Over voice clip.
As for "fatalerror", I believe Chocoboko created that one himself. Likewise with the Pat voice clips, and the "THE HEART WILL DEVOUR YOUR SOUL" voice clip. =P
Not sure about the "sweatdrop" sound, though I like that one, too. =P
