Good luck finding it, though. It's not on VGMusic.com, and a search for the arranger's homepage on Google was unfruitful. "Alex Temple" is a fairly common name, it seems, and a lot of them are musicians.
"Hecatomb Win"
I'm not as sure about, though. It was used in a lot of RM2K games circa 2002, which leads me to believe it was from the RTP v1.32 add-on, but I could be wrong.
