There were three candidates in the race for Representative in New York's 23rd Congressional District: Owens, Hoffman and Scozzafava. Scozzafava dropped out.
Some brain on Fox News Radio yesterday told us, "Essentially, that pretty much brings it down to a two-person race."
No shit, Sherlock. I'd say it brings it down to EXACTLY a two-person race.
