I asked a ? about anyone using fresh cut onion for stings. Well, I can now tell you first hand that it works. A wasp flew into my face and under my glasses this past week. It stung me on the bridge of my nose and I immediately put a piece of onion on it. Within 12 minutes the stinging pain stopped. The swelling continued, but the pain was gone.
