I am trying to find contact information for an artist named Richard Rowley who created a work for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles in 1986. http://www.crala.net/internet-site/Other/Art_Program/artist_list/richard_rowley.cfm. I noticed on this site that there is an artist named Richard Rowley who moved to La Manzanilla from Malibu and I was hoping it was the same one. Please let me know if anyone has a phone number or email address for Mr. Rowley so I can confirm.
