The blob just kind of spit at us as it went past
yesterday morning (.01/inch of rain), but the skies finally opened up around 8 PM and yesterday's rainfall total was .28/inch. Cloudy and cooler again this morning - 82F/27.8C with a light breeze. NHC is now watching another area
of clouds and thunderstorms just southwest of Manzanillo for possible development. The 2009 hurricane season may finally be getting started.
