Firecracker Chicken Lettuce Wraps - Asian Inspired Chicken with Spicy Sauce on the side and Cool Lettuce Leaves
Sauteed Calamari Steak with Marinated Peppers
Italian Salad - loaded with toasted pinenuts, italian cheeses, olives, marinated peppers, tomato caprese crostini and Grilled Chicken if desired
Rib Eye Steak rubbed with Oregano and Garlic, served with Peppers
Brushetta Chicken - dredged in Italian Breadcrumbs, Pan Sauteed, topped with Brushetta (roma tomatoes, basil, garlic, capers...)
Chorizo Burger - Grilled and Topped with Cheddar Cheese, Chipotle Mayo
