When we left home it was not raining. By the time we got to Melaque most of the streets were flooded and closed. It was really raining now. When we got to Cihuatlan it was like a flash flood. We got into it and could not turn around so just hoped we could get through the water which was rushing down the main roads. The car lifted briefly which I didn't like. Once out of the town all was well. They had huge sand deposits and the main road was closed when we returned. What a mess.
