Hi: The stuff is Microdyne, if memory serves and the tiendes all sell it. We didn't have any gastro etc. problems in La Manz. last year...well, my husband had one but it was from a place no gringo ate at and his coffee was tepid. Shouldn't have gone there. Oops.
You can always ask if it's "purificado".
