I'm returning to BDI mid-November and will resume teaching yoga, either at poolside or under the eves at Plaza Olivia, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:30-11:00 am. Fee: $100 (pesos) per class--first class free to residents. I will also work privately with students either in their own homes or in my home at Boca--fees to be negotiated. Iyengar yoga fits with all ages and body types and adapts to accommodate most medical conditions. I look forward to working with former students as well as with new-comers.
