Facinating, thanks for the link, I wondered a bit about how they did that. I am trying to think of the advantages to having the coconut served in this fashion. Lighter to carry around, easier to eat when done drinking the coco water, could be good at a restaurant as it takes up less room on the table and looks cool but its hard to set down unless served like this
