I'm very upset to hear about this young man Manny Gonzales not getting justice in the Van Nuys courts. It seems to be that many teens in this country are facing a very harsh reality of prolonged prison time due to being prosecuted as adults.It might sound silly but when these same teens want certain similiar treatment as adults they get turned down (Visiting Casinos, buying cigarettes,purchasing wine or beer etc ) flat. I wonder why this two faced treatment is legal? It sounds like our government has allowed and encouraged this form of discrimination.
