Everyone knows that our judicial system has serious problems administering equal justice in this great country of ours,but few of us will give the benefit of the doubt to the accused possibly being an innocent victim himself.If we have DA's in North Carolina and in Van Nuys California taking justice into their own hands in their attempt to railroad defendants,then we also have thousands of other bogus legal cases all around the country that have gone unnoticed. Knowing that there must be ten of thousands of innocent prison inmates being incarcerated for decades in US prisons we all have two choices concerning this obvious issue.We can continue to put our heads in the sand and continue not offering proper legal assistance with federal appeals or we can make the proper effort to rescue our innocent victims being incarcerated for crimes they never committed by affording them federal appeal legal representation.I do not believe that federal retrial appeals should only be for wealthy Americans.We can afford to do much better for our poorer Americans languishing in US prisons looking for just a glimpse of justice to come their way.
