The Germans started with this same exact injustices prior WW II ?

Anyone with a brain must know
that this Manny Gonzales young
man is not even the least bit
apable of ever attempting to
write his own federal appeal
legal case himself from prison
with only a GED education recently
acquired in prison over the last
three years!
Why is our US judicial system
pretending to offer justice to
the tens of thousands of poor
prison inmates around our country
in this same exact situation,when
we all know differently? We are all
aware that money talks in our
judicial system,and being poor
and innocent without proper
legal counsel for a federal
appeal is something our US Congress
needs to rethink and correct!
Anytime those defendants with
lawyers who are guilty and
receiving new retrials being
granted them more often then our
innocent and poor defendants
without the benefit of having
any federal appeal legal counsel,
you only continue to allow more
innocent inmates to languish
endless decades in our national
prison systems with the taxpayers
footing the tremendous costs.
America does not need to amass
200,000 innocent prison inmates
before our Congress decides to
change a failed and unjust
judicial process! The US is
already #1 in the world with
the amount of falsely imprisoned
inmates and this fact is nothing
for the Leaders of the Free World
to be bragging about!
Manny Gonzales was cheated out of a fair and just trial,received a ludicrous sentence,and now is told to attempt the feat of writing his own legal case for his federal appeal retrial opportunity?
Maybe Fidel Castro,President Hugo Chavez and others around the world know more about this injustice in our own society then what the American people have been told?
