epi-pen for allergic folk, they forget theirs all the time
Cheap ammonia based glass cleaner. Long as you drip fresh windex onto a sting, it stops the waves of pain for that rough 1st 30 mins. And gives a stung kid something to do besides holler. Works w/most beestings--you'll know immediately if it's working. Personally verified it works w/yellow jacket stings.
Head light. Huge advantage for splinter/thorn removal.
Straight pin. Great combo w/pointy tweezers.
Luxurious option: Sharp! flat-ended fingernail clipper. Used to trim away dead skin from wound if a flap is trapping dirt, lets dressing work better.
