Zook,
I always enjoy seeing what others have come up with for a new design. I do not think anyone has used a Firestorm lens assembly on an Ultrawide before.
I have always liked the way the Ultrawide felt in my hands. When I designed the Dragonfly (see latest V-2 mods at CTDYNE) I knew the increased weight of the duel lens assembly would be an issue, even though I made the tube assembly out of aluminum. I had to add the removable/folding fore-grip to help counter the forward weight bias. The grip is quickly removable with one allen head screw should it be deemed unnecessary. Kelly has not had a chance to use the Dragonfly in battle yet so I am not sure how she will end up configuring her new tagger.
