I've found a place that might work for an outdoor laser tag event. The place is popular and booking for room need to be done waaaay in advance, I (together with Dave and Cathie) only visited the place once (during a day trip to check it out) and I feel it's worth looking at closer.
As for being able to host a game there, I feel that during there non-busy times (which I'll have to check again as to those typical dates, but they are early pre-summer or late-post summer generally) -- it would work out okay.
And as for getting permission to have a multi-day game event, I think I can swing that too.
The cabin rates seem to be the best option (some of the cabins have a sizable kitchen area and sleep 8 and one cabin sleeps up to 16 people), but there is also a hotel (more like a dorm) and a place for pitching a tent (can bring RV but no hookup).
There is also a resteraunt on the premise and the food I ate was good.
The location is a bit out of the way (under two hours... perhaps less if you are a bit of a lead foot) out of Eugene (Southeast along 58) -- which is it's most significate draw back, the next negative is during "popular" times, getting anything requires significate advance booking (like ONE year).
I can get more information by contacting the owner directly if you are interested.
