The quick team games are definitely easier. That was the fundamental change from LTTO to the new set. The best part is that once your players get so good they begin to tire of the basic 2 team games, you can introduce the new hosted ones. This shouldn't surprise anyway, but the LTTO hosting stuff did NOT come naturally to me. It took me several sessions with my son and his friends for me to understand all the nuances to be able to host as efficiently as I do now. If you find yourself gravitating toward hosted games, the best thing to do is to sit down for a while with a pile of taggers and play the part of host and player for several make-believe games. With a good guide for the process, any player can take part with little fuss.
