Importing Phoenix LTX to Germany

Hey.

What would be the best way to import the Phoenix LTX to Germany?
Shipping on ebay is about $46 (USPS Priority Shipping), which is pretty much for a product that costs around $60. The LTX sounds like great fun, too bad it's not available around here.

Small question: How accurately do you have to shoot to hit the sensor? If I stand 10m away from the sensor and shoot like 0.5m left of it, will it register a hit? How big is the imaginary 'hitbox' surrounding it?
