Heh, just of what a smaller group looks like. I'll try to get more group shots from this year so you guys can see the numbers we generate at normal games.
This one was small, but we haven't had a small match in forever, so it was planned this way on purpose. It was nice to have a small match again. We used to have them all the time when we first started out. Games are so different depending on the numbers alone.
I'm not officially saying I like the smaller matches better, but I do feel like I get to enjoy it a bit more. Less people to keep track of, less gear to worry about, less newbie messes. And then it's more intimidating since you know that just about everyone shooting at you out there is a veteran or at least knows what they're doing.
Massive matches like our first game (30 people) are fun in their own right too... but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy myself a little more at the smaller match.
