That weapon is a modified LC P.R.O. Blaster called the FalconStrike. A custom Emitter has been installed where the barrel is supposed to be. As you've noted, a MagLite has been installed where the Emitter used to fire through. This modification, however, makes it impossible to remove the barrel and use just the pistol mode, as the lens is fixed in the extension barrel and connected to the main weapon board via two wires that run through the barrel and go into the gun. Although the Mod doesn't change a whole lot, this weapon has become a favorite among OLCA players as it is part of the regular Armory for anyone to use.
