This site has been set up by a fan, for fans of the activity known as home style "lazertag" (non-commericial arena). It's purpose is to highlight players, games, add-ons, modifications, etc., regardless of the system that they use, for the benefit of other fans.

Okay that thread is very useful. I'll have to say, I LOVE Patlabor, lol. (That gives my age away)

What I want is the SWAT ballistic shield, as the one modworks site made.

I have a few scenario where a shield would be needed. First I have a malfunctioned LTTO which only accept tags within 5 feet. I've decided to change it into a defensive machine gun (hard to move). The shield will be a good approach.

Second there's a park that's a candidate for our next game, which had a long narrow stairs (you can't rush all the way through). The shield will provide cover for offense team.

After reading John's post I find out I didn't consider the shield will make people camp. I think I'll just throw a few games with shield setting and see if there are any problems I haven't considered.
