We usually don't have games other than on Monday Nights, but since the June 1st game got rained out, we were too bummed out to wait a whole 'nother week to play again. So we got some veterans and some not-so-veterans together for a series of intense games at two different parks!
We were only able to get pictures from one of the parks since it was too dark to get any good pictures from the second park, but here's details on what happened:
We set out to have our games at a Veteran Favorite, Quail Hollow Park. This little park has been hailed for it's crazy terrain and cover that makes it a completely different experience from our usual games we have. However, due to it's small size, we limit the number of players we allow to attend. We had 14 people show for a series of 7 on 7 games. We were able to fit 3 or 4 games in before we departed to go to the second park, our usual home at Mission Park West. There we managed to play 2 more games before we called it a night. All in all, it made for one intense (and exhausting) night of Laser Tag.
For us players who had missed the game that rained out on June 1st, this action-packed night quenched our thirst for laser tag.
These are pictures from the battles at Quail Hollow. The dense tree cover plus the fact that we play in the evening made the shots tough to take. Some nice pictures nonetheless.
For those wondering why everyone is aiming at the poor guy in the middle, he's known as 'Solid Snake' to us (he always wears a black bandanna for "infinite ammo"), so any Metal Gear fans should get the Codec reference he's making.
