Okay I did a lot of research and translated notable parts of the manual. Enjoy.

Multiplayer support (team selection)
Card reader.
Require 3 AA batteries.
Included 2 sets of taggers and 6 cards, over 59 armor/ weapon/ items available separately. Card effect has duration, once expired can not be used again within the game.
Adviced against playing in broad day light, and avoid reflective materials indoor.
Start game by pointing team A tagger at team B vest, and team B tagger will activate team A vest. Must be done individually for all players.
Player starts with 40 tags, plain shot will reduce 5 tags. "Dead" player can not swipe cards except some speical items.
Without cards the range is 132 feet, some weapon addon will boost it to 264 feet.

Weapon upgrades:
Different ammo will have different sounds.
Ammo count can be found on cards.
Fire speed is different, ex: one shot slow auto-reload, full auto etc.
Some ammo has special effect, electro / tazer shot will disable opponents' tagger for a brief period.
Swipe another card will overwrite previous card effect.
Armor:
Different armor with different levels of protection.
Some armor has special protection (against tazer).
When under attack, reduced tags are calculated as damage minus armor.
Swipe another card will overwrite previous card effect.
Items:
Medkit, tazer remedy..etc.
