This site has been set up by a fan, for fans of the activity known as home style "lazertag" (non-commericial arena). It's purpose is to highlight players, games, add-ons, modifications, etc., regardless of the system that they use, for the benefit of other fans.
Please try to keep all messages ON TOPIC, and understand that not only will messages that are offensive be deleted, but posters may be banned from the board as well.

So I know this might not tickle all of the tagging brands out there since there are many systems that don't use a vest sensory system, but I still think that for the most part, laser taggers have some sort of "rig" that they use for personal use. Whether it's a modified ALICE System with an integrated vest or if you just have a shirt with some pouches to keep gadgets in, I think we owe it to ourselves to share the knowledge that can only make things as a whole more awesome for everyone.

I encourage you all to share your Rigs, tell us how you made them, how they work for you, and any other interesting details. I also encourage people to ask questions about the Rigs to be shown on this thread.

Since my group uses Laser Challenge Gear, there's a need for a vest sensory system. When I grew tired of the stock vests and repaints of aforementioned stock vests, I turned to CTDYNE to catch a glimpse of Mike Yates' custom setup for a V2 Vest. Since then, I've focused on refining a system of my own that's quite easy to make.

I started a thing called the CVP (Custom Vest Project) and have so far attempted to build 5 and successfully made 4. Most of them are actually made from a Universal Shoulder Holster (USH). If people are interested, I could make a step-by-step instruction on how to construct a vest like mine.

I personally have been interested to actually attempt to make something like Mike Yates' system, so I picked up an ALICE System myself. Seeing how it's built would be nice, as there's an A@M Surplus store not too far from here with a BUNCH of ALICE Packs just sitting there.
