This site has been set up by a fan, for fans of the activity known as home style "lazertag" (non-commericial arena). It's purpose is to highlight players, games, add-ons, modifications, etc., regardless of the system that they use, for the benefit of other fans.

Help the Virtual Museum

Hi everyone --

Well with my recent acquisition of a couple of Sega/Matchbox ZILLION sets, some CAPTAIN POWER sets, and Dave Roman's very generous donation to me last weekend of a tag system that I have been desperately trying to find on eBay for a few years now (Quick Shot Galactic Gunfighter), I am getting fired up about updating the Virtual Museum again.

One thing that I know I saw in recent years but cannot find an example of now (not even any recent completed listings on eBay or a no-longer-in-stock listing on Amazon) is a variant of the Lazer MAD system that had a Toy Story theme. As I recall, one gun was shaped like or decorated with Buzz Lightyear, and the other one was Emperor Zurgg.

Does anybody have photos of this system? Does anybody have one they'd like to sell for a reasonable amount, or a link to an online seller?

Also, while Dave's donation was very generous, it does not include the box and there is only the one blaster and target. Does anyone have another Galactic Gunfighter set in the original packaging that they'd be willing to sell for a reasonable amount? I have some photos of the packaging, but more (especially large detailed photos) would be appreciated of this as well. I do have the instructions for scanning in.

And finally, does anyone have an ESS Battle Target in original packaging and with original instructions that they would be interested in selling, or sending detailed photos and instruction scans of?

Any and all help is appreciated! Also if you know of any system that I have missed (I do know of and have the BraveStarr Neutra-Laser, it's just not up there yet), please be sure to email me with the system name, year it came out, and links to any photos or sets for sale that you know of.
