But seriously, I always love the pics, even if I forget to say so. 
Also, you're discovering why I always say, if your club isn't growing, it's shrinking. You will inevitably lose veteran players. It's life. Always be accepting of new players. They're your new veterans. Hopefully you won't have to advertise or work at it to get new players, but if you notice a decline, don't hesitate to get the word back out there.
