Very nice setup (as always). With regard to the tactical light, have you considered putting in one with a remote switch placed on the pistol group, or elsewhere more easily reached. There have been times that I have played at night and refrained using the light until the last moment. Turning on the light to light up your target, would often freeze them in their tracks (hey it works with deer too) giving you the opportunity to land several tags at one time (even with the sensor refresh rate).
Considering your games have been in the building, have you been able to play in low light conditions? As a public building, liability and security issues may not allow you to play completely without lights, but a group that I played with once, put red and blue filters over the light fixtures which diminished and changed the ambient light. It was an interesting game!
